What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being? I exercise regularly at least two to three times a week. I take a bunch of vitamins including zinc and D. What are your future travel plans? So I’m heading to Scotland now after leaving Iceland. When I return home, I will go to Universal Orlando to ride on roller coasters. Then to North Carolina near Raleigh. In October I’m going to St. Lucia and not sure what in between or after.

What would you change about modern society? I live in America. The home of the free and the brave. A country where most people want for nothing. What do you listen to while you work? When I’m at the gym, I listen to music all types. When I’m cleaning house, a little Rock or something I can sing along with. When I’m trying to concentrate, absolutely nothing – maybe my breath!

What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why? I like to play games. I play candy crush on my phone. I play solitaire by myself. But I like to play poker, canasta, and set back with people. My favorite board games are Monopoly, Risk and Sorry with the kiddies.

What foods would you like to make? I can make a lot of foods but never tried making sushi, which I love.

Dogs or cats? I love both! At one point I had 5 dogs and 6 cats! Loved them all. Dogs are loyal. Easily trained and give unconditional love. Cats are independent and fearless.
