Swedish Pancakes
What’s your favorite recipe? In my family, Swedish pancakes are a recipe passed down from one generation to the next. They are similar to crepes but slightly thicker. We always put butter, sugar, or lingonberry in them. Then we roll them up and eat them by hand. No forks. No syrup.
