What’s your favorite recipe? In my family, Swedish pancakes are a recipe passed down from one generation to the next. They are similar to crepes but slightly thicker. We always put butter, sugar, or lingonberry in them. Then we roll them up and eat them by hand. No forks. No syrup.

What positive emotion do you feel most often? I like taking life a little less seriously these days. So finding things amusing is better than getting irritated, angry or disconnected. I’m learning to enjoy people’s differences rather than being fearful or filled with disdain.
