What does your ideal home look like?
Have you ever heard that expression? Home is where the heart is! Well that’s me.
If I’m on a cruise ship, that’s my home and its usually ideal for the situation.
Luxury hotels are always lovely to stay in. And I call them home when I am there.
When traveling gets tiring we head home to our little house in Florida.
In 2015, I retired and my goal was to do as much traveling as I possibly could. I started the blog for our first month long trip to Panama in October 2015. My sister Linda and her husband Stan joined Bruce and I on our first trip and we decided together on the name the four amigos. Since then, we don’t always travel with them, sometimes just Bruce and I, sometimes other people, whoever wants to join us on our crazy journeys. The name stuck and I grew an affinity to it. I like your attitude. It’s a mind at peace. It reminds me of an attitude of a passenger on a jet whose anxious neighbor asked him about a potential crash; “If this thing went down, I would head up home in heaven.”
