A Trip Down The Intercoastal

It was Saturday and we decided to take a boat ride with Delray Yacht Cruises down the Intercoastal to check out the homes of the rich and famous. Well not really famous but massively wealthy.

Its a pretty little ship and we found great swivel seats on the upper deck, inside and air conditioned.

As we traveled down the Intercoastal going from Delray Beach to Boca Raton, we viewed palatial estates worth multi millions.

Also a very colorful grouping similar to rainbow row.

Boaters were out and anchored by beaches along the way. We reminisced about our times of boating with our kids.

If you haven’t taken this trip, it’s a nice way to spend the afternoon. Adults are $34 and $31 for seniors. It’s not a great trip for kids. They may get bored but its pleasant for adults.

In 2015, I retired and my goal was to do as much traveling as I possibly could. I started the blog for our first month long trip to Panama in October 2015. My sister Linda and her husband Stan joined Bruce and I on our first trip and we decided together on the name the four amigos. Since then, we don’t always travel with them, sometimes just Bruce and I, sometimes other people, whoever wants to join us on our crazy journeys. The name stuck and I grew an affinity to it. So here we are. I invite you to join thefouramigos blog on our next destination.
