What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on a meal? Was it worth it?
Of course, lobster in Maine is always worth it. It’s my favorite food. It doesn’t come cheap. But I really don’t like to spend fortunes on eating out.
I can live without the roll or drawn butter. Just bring on the lobster, hopefully at least a 2 pounder.
It sumptuous in drawn butter. I suck the juices and the wee bitty meat out of the tiny tendrils. I break apart the claws and begin working on them. As I pull out a huge chunk of lobster meat I gingerly dip it in the drawn butter before eating it. Yummy!
